CLASSES

Wherever where you are on your journey, we have a class for you. Our class times vary between 45 and 60 minutes and offer an amazing, full-body workout that is accessible to everyone regardless of experience.

We conveniently provide a full schedule of classes In Studio, Virtually on Zoom, as well as Outdoors on our beautiful, shaded Pavilion. A complete library of our recorded classes is available to Core Members for On Demand use.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BARRE

The full body class for EVERY BODY that started it all! Our signature 60-minute class combines the best of strength conditioning, mobility & flexibility, as well as balance work. Expect a challenging & upbeat class, with lots of support to help you find your best alignment & posture. Honor Barre will leave you feeling stronger in body & mind from the inside out.

EXPRESS

A 45-minute version of our signature Barre class. Expect to see more dynamic movement and exercise combinations in order to cover it all & get you a cardio boost!.

INTERVAL

45 minutes of high energy and low impact fun, Interval delivers a super-efficient full body strengthening and cardiovascular workout. This joint-friendly format will elevate your heart rate, combined with short periods of active recovery for optimal cardiovascular results.

FUSION

The best of both worlds! This one-hour class combines elements of Barre and Interval. You’ll enjoy the strengthening & mobility benefits of Barre, along with the larger range of movements of Interval to get your heart-rate pumping.

FOUNDATIONS

(formerly “Basics”)

This format is ideal if you are new to Honor Barre, wish to deepen your practice, or are seeking modification due to injury or strain. You will have additional time for set up & explanation of our traditional exercises. Foundations will help you truly understand each exercise, and help refine your own alignment in each position.

GENTLE

This 60-minute barre class is ideal if you are looking for a slower-paced, more nurturing barre experience. Gentle is specifically designed for those recovering from surgery, injury or if you have balance challenges. It is a fantastic format for seniors or new practitioners. This format is geared toward providing relief from disabilities or chronic conditions like arthritis, back pain and other musculoskeletal issues and helps support pre and postnatal women.

STRETCH & RELEASE

This one-hour class uses a variety of myofascial release techniques to improve mobility, flexibility and overall comfort in your body.

This class is designed to improve your range of motion and muscle efficiency as well as reduce overall inflammation, pain, and chronic stress in your body. Release is for every student and is a great compliment to your regular barre practice!

POLICIES

WAIT LIST POLICY

If you are trying to sign up for a class that is full, we highly encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist. As students cancel, students on the wait list will be notified via email that they have been added. Reservations will be honored only up to the start of class. If you do not arrive prior to the start of class, your reservation will be forfeited to anyone on the wait list.

LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW POLICY

We require 4 hours notice before making any kind of changes to your schedule. If you cancel or reschedule a class in the online scheduler less than 4 hours of your scheduled class, members will be charged a fee of $15. If you don’t show up for a reserved class, or fail to “sign in” with the front desk, members will be charged $15. If you are on a class package, a class will also be deducted from that package.

ATTIRE

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required.

PREGNANCY

Honor Barre offers a very safe workout for pregnant and postpartum care. A few minor modifications make this class a very thorough and effective workout to help women look and feel their best.
