Strength & Honor complements your regular Honor Barre practice by incorporating heavier weights and a slower, more intentional pace to build strength and stimulate muscle growth. You’ll learn proper lifting technique within a purposeful, balanced, and alignment-driven program led by our experienced instructors.
New to heavier weights? There’s no need to be intimidated. Our instructors provide individualized guidance and thoughtful modifications in a supportive environment.
Strength & Honor is offered in person only. Small group cohorts meet 2 days/week for 4 week sessions. Drop In options are offered space permitting. Cohort announcements and registration links are shared through our email newsletter.
