Designed to complement your regular Honor Barre practice, Strength & Honor uses heavier weights. You will learn and use proper lifting technique and move with intention at a slower pace to help you stimulate muscle growth and strength. Our seasoned instructors will guide you through a purposeful, balanced and alignment-driven program.
If you’ve never tried using heavier weights before, you shouldn’t be intimidated! It’s the Honor Barre way to offer individualized attention, modifications in a supportive environment.
